13 Year Old Kansas Girl Dragged By Vehicle Dies

A 13 year old Kansas girl died Saturday afternoon after being dragged by her family’s vehicle that was stolen from a Texas Roadhouse, for miles.
According to reports the teen was sitting in the backseat of her family’s running suv as they went inside to get food, when the suspect Kevin Palmer,34 jumped in the driver seat snd attempted to steal the vehicle.
The teen attempted to get out of the vehicle while it was moving and got caught in the seatbelt and dragged.
Palmer stopped the vehicle a few miles down and fled on foot.
Officers were able to capture and arrest him without incident.
The girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
Palmer was arrested and charged with felony murder.
