On Friday morning, a 13-year-old girl was driving a car that led to a crash involving two other vehicles and a school bus in Boulder County, Colorado.
The girl took her parents’ vehicle without them knowing. She initially struck to cars prior to slamming into the school bus.
After the wreck at 8:11 a.m., on U.S. Highway 87 and Lookout Road, four people were transported to a medical facility. Authorities didn’t report any extensive injuries, but a 66-year-old man did sustain minor wounds.
The state patrol noted that the 13-year-old was given a citation and was handed over to her parents.
During the time of the occurrence, one driver and student occupied the bus. The student was unharmed, stated a representative for the Boulder Valley School District. The bus had just begun its route, and another bus was brought in to complete it.
