An 11 year old girl was shot multiple times while sleeping in her Houston home.
The incident happened on December 5 when officers were called to the 900 block of Blanchard Hill.
Upon arrival they found an 11 year old girl with multiple bullet wounds to the face and body.
She was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
According to reports, two men were seen on surveillance getting out of a dark colored suv around 5:05am. They then opened fire at the home multiple times before fleeing the scene.
The child’s mother along with two other occupants were inside the home at the time of the shooting. No one else was injured.
At this time, officers have no suspects in custody. A reward of $5,000 is being offered for any information leading to an arrest.
