Two boys have been arrested and charged in connection with the murder of an 8 year Georgia boy.
On May 16, 8 year old Noah Bush’s lifeless body was found underwater in a construction pit.
Authorities in Jesup initially stated that there were no signs of foul play and that Bush had drowned.
After almost two months and several unanswered questions the family announced that Bush’s death was ruled a homicide.
A medical examiner ruled Noah’s cause of death as drowning. Due to information discovered during the investigation, his manner of death was ruled as a homicide.
Police arrested an 11 and 10 year old boy in connection with Bush’s death. The 11 year old was charged with simple battery, involuntary manslaughter, concealing the death of another and trespassing. The 10 year old was charged with concealing the death of another and trespassing.
Due to the age of the two boys their names will not be released.
Both boys appeared in court and the 11 year old received a $10,000 bond and the 10 year old a $5,000 bond.
