On July 1, around 6:15 a.m., officers responded to a service call on the 3100 block of Walnut Hill Lane. Upon arriving they found a female victim, 42 year old Sucel Cuba Gomez, deceased in the parking lot with multiple stab wounds.
It was said that the suspect, 44 year old Yunier Aldazabal, fled the scene in a vehicle.
Around 9 a.m., officers located the vehicle on the 2800 block of W. Irving Blvd with the suspect inside. Aldazabal was arrested without incident and charged with murder.
