Man And Woman Charged With Capital Murder In Connection With 2023 Murder On Medalist Dr., In Dallas

On July 2, 2024 Dallas police issued a capital murder warrant for 33 year old Quanticus Rucker.
Rucker and 28 year old Kayla Griffin are responsible for the death of 30 year old Deleon Williams.
On September 30, 2023 Dallas officers responded to a shooting call on the 900 block of Medalist Drive. Upon arriving they noticed a woman walking from the scene suffering from a gunshot wound, they then located a man inside tied up yelling for help. There was also a third victim, Deleon Williams, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
On October 3, 2023 Kayla Griffin was arrested in Bloomfield, New Mexico and charged with capital murder.
Rucker is currently in Richmond Correctional Institution in Hoffman, North Carolina, on separate charges.
