Woman Found Deceased In Front of Dallas Residence

Dallas police are investigating what they believe to be a domestic violence murder case.

Officers responded to a shooting call on the 10029 Grove Oaks Blvd around 12:30am Thursday morning.

Upon arrival they found the victim, Margarita Rodriguez Pagoaga,47 laying on the ground of her residence with an apparent gunshot wound.

Emergency crews arrived and pronounced the woman dead at the scene.

Authorities believe the motive is domestic violence. No suspect(s) have been arrested at this time.

The case remains active.
