Woman Arrested After Her Dog Viciously Attacked A 6 Year Old Getting Off The School Bus

A dog owner has been arrested and charged after her dog attacked a 6 year old getting off the school bus Thursday.

According to reports on February 17, shortly after 3pm officers were called to the 3400 block of Timberglen Road.

Daneka Black,31 failed to secure her dog and when the young boy got off the bus he was attacked.

He was transported to an area hospital where he suffered serious injuries. He remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition.

Black was charged with Felony 3 Attack by Dangerous Dog Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.
