Arlington police are investigating after two security guards were shot over an unpaid bar tab early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting call at the ESO Mimosa Bar on the 2100 block of E. Lamar Blvd shortly after midnight.
Upon arrival they found two male security guards laying on the ground suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Both men were transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Authorities believe an argument regarding an unpaid bar tab. The argument then escalated to the parking lot where both men were shot.
The suspects fled the scene before officers could arrive.
This investigation remains ongoing.
