Dallas police are investigating a shooting that left a teen dead near Lake Highlands high school Tuesday evening.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 5:40 p.m. on the 7300 block of Skillman Street. Upon arrival they found a male teen suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
At this time officers are investigating the circumstances leading up to the fatal shooting.
There is no suspect(s) description at this time. This investigation is ongoing.
