Dallas police are investigating after they responded to a stabbing call on January 12, around 2:25 a.m., on the 4800 block of Elise Faye Heggins Street.
Upon arrival they found 52 year old Johnnie Earl Morgan, Jr suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
After investigating police arrested 34 year old Jerry Lee Massey and charged him with murder. He is currently being held in the Dallas County jail on a $1,000,000 bond.
