Man Found Deceased In Vacant Parking Lot

Dallas police are investigating a shooting in a vacant parking lot that left a man dead Wednesday night.

Officers responded to a shooting call on the 3000 block of Alabama Avenue around 11:25pm.

Upon arrival they found a man in his 60’s unresponsive on the ground.

Emergency crews arrived and pronounced the man deceased from homicidal violence at the scene.

Detectives are investigating the the motive and circumstances surrounding the incident.

The victims identity has not been released at this time.

This investigation is ongoing.
