Dallas police have arrested a man they believe is responsible for the shoot on death of 21 year old Ohara Farmer.
On May 3, around 3:30 a.m. officers responded to a missing person call on the 1300 block of E. Waco Avenue.
Upon arrival they found the victim, Ohara Farmer unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency crews arrived to the residence and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Now nearly a month later authorities have arrested Malcolm Hicks for capital murder by terror threat/ other felony. He is currently being held in Dallas County jail on a $1 million bond.
This investigation is still ongoing.
