A man was arrested in connection to a fatal Thanksgiving Day stabbing in Garland.
Officers responded to a stabbing call on the 1100 block of Sam Houston Drive around 4:15am.
Upon arrival they found the victim, Shalom Thang,27 suffering in the driveway from multiple stab wounds.
He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
During the investigation officers learned that Thang and the suspect, Ram Hel 26 had some sort of altercation earlier that day.
Hel stabbed Thang multiple times. He was later arrested and charged with murder. No bond has been set at this time.
