Four Teens Arrested In Connection To Costco Murder

Four teens have been arrested in connection to a 60 year old man murdered in a Costco parking lot Tuesday night.

The four suspects included a juvenile, a 17 year old girl, a 17 year old boy and a 19 year old man.

The incident happened Tuesday when Ali Elbanna,60 was in the parking lot loading his suburban.

The teens pulled up in a truck and tried to rob him. During the attempted robbery a juvenile suspect shot Elbanna one time.

According to reports the suspects were already wanted for prior crimes committed in the Dallas area.

Authorities found the pickup truck in an apartment complex along with the juvenile suspect and Janiya Lashav Miller,17.
Miller still had stolen phones in her possession. She also admitted to being the driver at Costco.

Police later found James Level,17, he admitted to being involved and owning the gun the juvenile used to kill Elbanna and admitted the group of four committed two other robberies on Tuesday. He also had a stolen wallet in his pocket.

Jacoby Bryce Tatum,19 was also arrested at hr apartment but did not admit to anything.

The bond for the two 17 year olds and the 19 year old were set at $500,000 each.
