Dallas police are investigating after a man was killed in what appears to be a road rage shooting Friday.
The incident happened around 5:15 p.m. on the northbound side of the 11000 block of CF Hawn Freeway/US 175.
According to reports, 59 year old Rudy Marshall was approaching the interchange for interstate 20 and was shot by a person in another vehicle.
It was said the suspect was traveling westbound when the driver shot into the passenger side of Marshall’s vehicle.
Emergency crews responded to the shooting and transported Marshall to a local hospital where he died.
Although it has not been confirmed authorities believe the shooting was due to road rage.
This investigation is ongoing.
