A 32 year old man was arrested Tuesday night following a deadly shooting in Grand Prairie.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the around 10:15 p.m. on the 900 block of Sugar Mill Lane.
Upon arrival they found the victim, 35 year old Shannon McKnight deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
According to reports, the victim and suspect, 32 year old Allen Hale were acquaintances.
They engaged in some sort of altercation that turned deadly.
Hale was arrested and charged with murder. He is currently being detained at the Grand Prairie Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.
