18 Year Old Passes Away Days After A Shooting At A South Dallas Party

An 18 year old Lincoln High School senior, that was one of 10 injured during a shooting last Saturday, has passed away.

The incident occurred around midnight on the 5200 block of Botham Jean Blvd where about 1,000 people were attending a spring break party.

People between the ages of 15-21 were standing outside of a party venue when someone in a vehicle opened fire.

The suspect(s) opened fire in the air and into the crowd striking 10 people.

Victims were transported to area hospitals by ambulance and personal vehicles.

18 year old Anthony Wilson was one of the victims that was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. He passed away Wednesday from his injuries.

During the investigation officers found over 30 shell casings at the scene. They are working to determine a motive leading up to the shooting.

At this time no suspect(s) have been arrested.

This shooting investigation remains ongoing.
