We all remember when RHOA’s “Southern Bell”, Phaedra Parks, announced her divorce was finalized a couple of weeks ago.
Well evidentially an Atlanta judge didn’t agree with they way the divorce was handled and reversed it saying that it was unfair to Apollo because he was not informed properly of court dates nor was he ever served his divorce papaers. 
Now Apollo who has been incarcerated during the whole divorce proceedings and is now engaged to a new woman is claiming Phaedra failed to enclose millions of dollars including personal property and several businesses. 
Now that Apollo has a second chance he is looking over the divorce settlement to see what allhe is entitled to and he is also seeking joint custody of their two boys Ayden and Dylan Nida.
