A 68 year old man is in custody after striking a police car while intoxicated Friday night.
The crash occurred around 9:40 p.m. when officers were conducting a traffic stop on the 800 block of N. Hampton Rd.
According to police they were in a marked car conducting a traffic stop when 67 year old Jorge Villasenor slammed into them with his vehicle.
Villasenor was arrested at the scene and charged with DWI. The officers involved suffered minor injuries.
