On October 4, 2024, at around 6:10 PM, Dallas police received a call regarding a shooting in the 4600 block of Lake Avenue.
The initial investigation revealed that upon their arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive man inside an apartment with gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire and Rescue also responded to the scene, but the man was pronounced dead at the location.
The victim’s identity is currently being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
