On Saturday, ex-President Donald Trump was surrounded by Secret Service agents and quickly taken off stage as shots were heard at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The incident led to the shooter being killed by Secret Service agents.
In addition to that, the shooter killed one attendee, and one other person was critically injured.
As Trump was being taken away, there seemed to be blood on his right ear. However, he continued to mouth the words “fight” as he pumped his fist. It has been said that the former president is “safe.”
The occurrence is being investigated as a potential assassination attempt, and officials have reported that the live rounds were seemingly fired from outside the security perimeter.
The FBI will now be a part of the investigation.
