Keevis Jumon Holland, 41, is a Rowlett man who is charged with assaulting a police officer after he was busted supposedly taking upskirt recordings of women at a Walmart in Irving.

Authorities in Irving say that Holland is accused of recording women underneath their dresses at the store on Monday.

A police officer from the town of Ore City had been working off-duty at the Walmart in his fully marked police uniform when workers alerted him. The officer tried to detain Holland and place him in handcuffs.

As the officer was doing so, Holland started hitting the officer’s face and head continuously with closed fists.

The officer was struck with a loose handcuff with each punch, leaving a laceration on his head.

“The officer fell to the ground and dropped his Department issued Taser. Holland picked up the Taser and pointed it at the officer” prior to fleeing the scene and driving off.

Police were able to match the license plate to Holland and name him as a suspect by his driver’s license picture.

On Tuesday night, Holland turned himself in at the Dallas County Jail.

In 2017, Holland pleaded guilty to secretly videoing women in two different instances at a Walmart in West Dallas. He was given one year in prison.

He had been out on parole after pleading guilty, in 2002, to aggravated robbery and was given a 20-year prison sentence.

Holland is now facing a charge of aggravated assault of a police officer.

His bond was set at $50,000. However, more charges are pending.
