An investigation is underway after two football students from Roosevelt high school were shot off campus.

On April 25, around 6:40 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call on the 2400 block of Bonnie View Rd. Upon arriving they found two male victims, age 16 and 17, suffering from gunshot wounds.

Both victims were taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

The preliminary investigation determined that the students were riding with an adult male when an unknown suspect drove past and opened fire striking both teens. The driver then drove back to Roosevelt high school to seek help.

At this time authorities have made no arrest and have no vehicle description. This is an ongoing investigation.
