Twins Found Deceased In Back Of Fathers Car Foaming Out The Mouth

A set of twins were found deceased foaming out the mouth in the Bronx Friday afternoon.
According to New York police Juan Rodriguez,39 told authorities that he dropped his 3 year old off at home and forgot his 7 month old twins Phoenix and Mariza Rodriguez were still in the car before going to work.
He said when he got off work around 4pm and was heading home he noticed the twins foaming out the mouth in the backseat.
A witness contacted police after hearing Rodriguez in his car screaming.
When authorities arrived they tried to revive the twins but they were pronounced dead at the scene.
Rodriguez was taken into custody and charged with two counts of manslaughter and criminal negligent homicide.
