A man, with a name like no other, was apprehended after he is said to have caused a disturbance in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Document show that 42-year-old Deez- Nuts Kroll was taken into custody following an occurrence with a gun. On March 5, close to 10 p.m., officers arrived to the 900 block of East Walnut Street in regards to a disturbance.
Then, two people were taken to the squad car and put in the back. Also, officers apprehended Kroll, and he is said to have been standing outside without wearing a shirt.
Documents show that Kroll seemed to be very intoxicated, but he did comply with the officers’ orders.
It consistently stated that officers identified Kroll by his state identification card which read, ‘Deez-Nuts Lee Kroll.’
The two people who had first been brought to the squad car stated that they had a dispute with Kroll, regarding the phone, close to 8:00 p.m. Then, about two hours later, around 10:00 p.m., they discovered the door to the home was locked.
One person disclosed that Kroll had opened the door and struck them with a closed fist in the shoulder. This resulted in a physical altercation, documents show.
Eventually, Kroll is said to have gotten a firearm. Authorities took the weapon into evidence and discovered it was a BB gun. It was loaded and had eight silver 4.5mm BBs.
Kroll appeared to be ‘talking in circles’ when he was questioned, police say.
Deez-Nuts Lee Kroll has now been charged with misdemeanor battery which could result in up to 9 months in prison. He is also facing charges of disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon.
Deez-Nuts Kroll is set to appear in court again on April 24.
