32-year-old Justin Mohn, of Pennsylvania, is said to have decapitated his father and then made threats against federal officials in a recording posted online after the vicious killing.

On Tuesday evening, officers answered to a call of a deceased man in his 60s at a residence in Middletown Township. They then discovered that Michael Mohn had been found dead in a bathroom by his wife.

The victim had been decapitated, and a machete and huge kitchen knife were found at the location.

Justin Mohn, the son and main suspect, left the scene in his father’s car. However, he was apprehended a few hours later, about 100 miles from the residence. Justin Mohn was discovered inside the vehicle with a gun and was arrested without incident.

Court records show that a recording posted to YouTube depicted Justin Mohn wearing rubber gloves that had been seen at the crime scene as he was saying that his father “is now in hell for eternity.”

Also in the recording, Justin Mohn says that his father is a federal employee, and he said that the government was the enemy. He made threats against federal agents, as well, and added that President Joe Biden isn’t the president anymore and that he is.

The video has now been removed from YouTube.

Prior to his bail being denied, Mohn was charged with first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possession of a criminal weapon.

An investigation is on-going.
