Dallas Police Investigating Fatal Shooting On Prather Street

Dallas police are investigating a shooting that left a 28 year old man dead Saturday evening.

The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. when officers responded to a call on the 2700 block of Lemmon Avenue regarding a shooting victim.

Upon arriving they located 28 year old Justin Allen suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

While investigating officers learned that Allen was shot on the 200 block of Prather Street.

Authorities are investigating and have no suspect at this time.

This investigation remains ongoing.
