As Jonathan Majors has been found guilty of the charges against him, he has also been dropped by Disney. He will no longer be a part any Marvel projects, sources have reported. This means that he won’t have one of the most important roles, Marvel’s big villain, Kang the Conqueror.

This will make a huge impact on Majors who had already played the character in one major Marvel film, ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.’ In addition to that, he portrayed the same character in two seasons of the Disney+ show ‘Loki.’

Many sources have reported that Majors would have portrayed the character Kang for two more Marvel movies. Also, the studio was supposedly preparing  him/Kang to be the next Thanos, or some version, in their franchise.

It isn’t known if there will be a replacement for Kang or if a new bad guy will be featured.

Majors had been accused of roughing up his former girlfriend in March. During his criminal trial, he was convicted of reckless assault and harassment. However, he was found not guilty of intential assault and aggravated harassment.

Majors’s lawyers have now hinted at the possibility of filing for an appeal.
