Elderly Man Shot By Homeowner After Crashing Into Seagoville Residence During Medical Emergency

A woman is happy that her husband is alive after he suffered a near death experience last month in Seagoville, Tx.

According to Fox4 news, 80 year old Kenneth Esner was driving in the 400 block of  May Rd on November 24, around 7:51 a.m., when he suffered a seizure and crashed into a home.

The man became trapped inside his vehicle when someone from inside the residence fired multiple rounds into the vehicle, striking him twice.

Esner was transported to an area hospital by Care Flite ground ambulance where he is in stable condition.

No arrest were made and the Seagoville police have referred the case to the Dallas Grand Jury.

  1. The homeowner in this story should be charged. Cause wat they did is senseless i guess not a lick of sense they have. Wat they was doing a drive through robbery this person think??? Most accident like this is medical or running from the police and they did hear no damn sirens. So they should face charges cause to me they done it out of spite cause they house was destroyed.

  2. Why did the homeowner go check to see what happened before he started firing his weapon then he would have known that the driver needed medical attention
