In Somerset, Kentucky, a car dealership was robbed of six new Dodge Challenger Hellcats.
The dealership manager, Adam Bryant, stated that on Tuesday, around 2 a.m., thieves made entry into the Don Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. They then stole four cars that were in the showroom that still had the keys inside of them. Additionally, two other cars were taken outside of the dealership after the thieves had located the keys inside of the establishment.
Bryant reported that $600,000 worth of vehicles had gone missing in about 40 seconds.
Police arrived to the location in about three minutes.
Five of the vehicles were found later. One was discovered on the side of a highway with no gas. Two more were located in other areas in Kentucky. One was located in Tennessee and one more in Alabama.
The sixth car has yet to be located.
