Tina Turner’s son, Ronnie, has died, reports indicate.
Authorities said that they received an emergency call on Thursday morning from somebody who stated that Ronnie was outside their residence and struggling to breathe. A few moments later, he had stopped breathing all together.
First responders arrived to the scene, in California, and tried to do CPR, but they were unsuccessful. He was declared deceased at the location.
Although Ronnie did have health problems for a while, including cancer, it isn’t clear what led to his death.
In 2018, Turner’s first son, Craig, took his own life. She had birthed him prior to meeting Ike, but he adopted Craig when he and Turner got married.
Some may remember Ronnie as he played a role in “What’s Love Got To Do With It” in the ’90s.
Ronnie was 62.
