12 Year Old Dallas Boy Charged With Murder For Hit And Run That Left An 82 Year Old Woman Dead

On December 8, Dallas police arrested and charged a 12 year old boy with murder for a hit and run crash that left an 82 year old woman dead last month.

The deadly crash occurred around 11 a.m. on November 7, off of Royal Lane when a gray 2005 Toyota Avalon ran a stop sign and struck Florence Kelly’s vehicle.

Witnesses told police that immediately after the crash they saw a young male and two young females jump out the Avalon and flee the scene.

They also left behind a 13 year old girl that was pinned down in the car.

Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not released the 12 year old suspects name due to his age and they have not said if they are looking for other suspects involved in the crash.
