Woman Tied Up, Cut, Strangled, And Threatened To Kill Man She Met On Tinder

22-year-old Lauren Dooley, of Colorado, was arrested on Wednesday, September 28. She is accused of tying up and stabbing a man that she met on Tinder. She had also strangled and threatened to kill him inside of her apartment.

Around 5:45 p.m. that night, the Colorado Springs police answered a call about an apartment complex. They could overhear the victim stating that he had been bleeding everywhere and telling somebody that they had cut him and that they were going to kill him.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found a naked male in the parking lot who needed assistance. The victim told police that he met a woman online, and they decided to meet at her residence. The woman then got undressed and performed oral sex on him prior to retrieving duct tape and tying up his wrists and ankles. Although the victim found it unusual, he consented to it.

Eventually, Dooley got a kitchen knife and instructed the victim to go into the restroom where he refused to go.

Fearing for his safety, the victim got into Dooley’s bed, and she got on top him, lacerating his shoulder before using her hands and a belt to strangle him.

After becoming angry that blood was everywhere, Dooley made the victim get into the tub while she ordered DoorDash. She warned that she would kill him if he yelled.

After consuming the meal, the victim entered the bed with Dooley and then discovered the knife on the floor. When the woman fell asleep, the victim was finally able to free himself, he stated.

When officers searched Dooley’s home, they discovered the kitchen knife close to the bed, multiple soaked rags, and blood in the bathtub.

Dooley was apprehended and charged with numerous felonies, including second-degree kidnapping, assault in the second degree, menacing, and false imprisonment.
