On Monday officers arrested two people in connection to a murder in South Dallas.
The incident occurred on September 11 a little before 1 a.m. when officers responded to a shooting call on the 2400 block of Elsie Faye Higgins.
Upon arrival officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victims identity has not been released at this time.
A motive behind the shooting has not been released.
This shooting investigation remains ongoing.
