Dallas police have arrested a man they believe fatally struck a bicyclist during a hit and run Sunday morning.
On Thursday officers arrested 29 year old Kenneth Lloyd Connors III for fatally striking 45 year old Billy Watley while he was riding his bike on Kleberg Road.
Authorities say they had video of Connors getting out of his vehicle after striking Watley and then getting back inside his vehicle and driving away without rendering aid.
Authorities spotted the vehicle Tuesday at an undisclosed location.
Connors is currently being held at Dallas County Jail on a $100,000 bond for an accident involving a death.
