On the evening of September 9, 2022, three adult males tried to force entry into a residence in the 16000 block of First Street, in Channelview, Texas. The men were armed, and their faces were covered with masks.
Inside the home were an adult female, 12- year-old male, and two males, 17 years of age.
One of the 17-year-olds in the home pulled a shotgun and shot multiple times, hitting two of the suspects. Both of those males were declared deceased at the location. The third suspect left the scene in a dark-colored, 4-door sedan.
No other injuries were reported, and the matter will now be handed over to a grand jury.
An investigation is continuing.
