July 29, 2022 HSCO police receives a call about someone discharging a firearm in their area.
Deputies arrive and locate a 14-year-old teenager armed with a fully loaded Glock. The teen “claims it was purchased from an unknown person on Instagram,” sheriff Ed Gonzalez says in a Facebook post.
“Not talked about often enough, are the number of teens committing serious offenses in our region. A 14-year-old should not be running around the streets with a pistol. Very dangerous situation” he also stated.
