On April 22, Dallas police arrested 65 year old Clinton Smith in connection with the murder of a woman found deceased on the side of the road.
On Wednesday, April 20, Officer responded to a call regarding a deceased body wrapped in plastic on the side of the street.
Upon arrival they found a woman wrapped in a tarp. Medical Examiners identified the victim as, 54 year old Juanita Rodriguez.
An autopsy confirmed that the woman died from a gunshot wound. Rodriguez’s family had reported her missing in Duncanville on April 16, 2022. Her vehicle was found abandoned on April 18 on Navy Avenue.
