Dallas police are investigating a fatal crash that left a motorcyclist deceased early Thursday morning.
Officers responded to a crash near Buckner Blvd and St. Francis Avenue shortly after midnight.
Upon arrival they found a man suffering after being struck by a vehicle.
The man was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
It was said that the person driving the vehicle cut in front of the motorcycle causing the cyclist to hit the front of the vehicle. The person was then thrown from the motorcycle.
The woman driving the vehicle did stop and wait for authorities. She was not injured.
No charges have been filed at this time.
This investigation is ongoing.
