A Dallas man was arrested after he beat his roommate with a stick over an argument about a mosquito.
According to reports, officers were called to the 1500 block of Cape Cod Drive around 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning.
Upon arrival they found a man standing outside with his face bloodied.
Shavers was inside the home sitting on his bed with blood on his head and hand.
The roommate told officers that him and Shavers were having a discussion about how a mosquito looks. He said the conversation escalated into an argument that turned physical.
He told authorities that Shavers grabbed a stick from behind his bed and hit him in the head and face at least six times.
Shavers was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
