A Florida man was arrested after he called police and asked them to come authenticate his meth.

On March 10, Thomas Eugene Colucci,41 called 911 and told them that he bought some meth from someone at a bar and believed it was fake. He then requested that someone come over and test it for him.

When the officer arrived Colucci told him he was an experienced drug user. He said after taking the drug he believed he was given bath salts.

Colucci then handed the officer two bags filled with a white crystal like substance.

He then told the officer his intent was to save others from buying “fake” methamphetamine.

When officers asked for the dealers name Colucci couldn’t provide any information and was subsequently arrested.

Both bags tested positive for meth and Colucci was charged with possession of drugs along with two counts of drug paraphernalia.

His bond was set at $7,000.
