Darius Fields Sentenced To 55 Years In Prison For His Role In The Shavon Randle Murder Case

A Dallas jury sentenced Darius Fields to 55 years in prison for his role in the Shavon Randle murder case.

Fields appeared in court Tuesday and a Dallas jury found him guilty of engaging in organized criminal activity.

On Wednesday Fields appeared back in court for his sentencing phase.

Prosecution explained that in 2017 Darius Fields was upset after his girlfriend was robbed for his marijuana at a Lancaster motel.

Fields later identified Kendall Perkins as the robber and began watching Perkins’ girlfriend Ladoris Randle, who was Shavon Randle’s cousin.

Days later 13 year old Shavon was kidnapped from her aunt’s Lancaster home.

Shavon and Michael Titus were both found deceased in an abandoned Oakcliff residence.

Fields is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity that led to the kidnapping and murder of Shavon Randle and Michael Titus.

Three other co conspirators are also facing the same charge.
