17 Year Old Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter After 10 Year Old Shot In Head With Pellet Gun Dies

A Georgia teen has been arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter after a 10 year old was shot with a pellet gun and died.

Jamarius Wall,17 was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force Thursday morning.

On Sunday officers were called to a residence in Milledgeville after a 10 year old was shot in the head with a pellet gun.

The child was rushed to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The 10 year old’s name has not been released.
