Houston Man Accused Of Shooting At Restaurant Workers Over BBQ Sauce

A man accused of shooting at restaurant workers during an argument over bbq sauce is being held with no bond.

The incident happened back in January at a Dickey’s BBQ Pit on Shady Drive in Northeast Harris County.

According to reports Andre Thomas,36 became upset when he went to pick up his takeout order and they did not give him enough bbq sauce.

It was said that when Thomas didn’t like the solution he went and sat in his car waiting for the workers to get off.

Once they were off he followed them down a road where he opened fire at their vehicle.

One victim was struck five times in the arm breaking the bone.

Thomas was later arrested and faces aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and burglar of habitation charges.
