66-year-old Peter McNally, from South Florida, has been apprehended for multiple charges of possessing child pornography. The videos had been placed on the Kik messaging app.
After an investigation that lasted a month, a search warrant was conducted at McNally’s residence on Wednesday. He told officers that he was “curious” and watched pornographic recordings of kids engaged in sexual acts on Kik and Snapchat.
Investigators discovered several pornography videos that involved boys as young as 2-years-old. They also found videos with girls between the ages of 7-10. All of the children could be seen being involved in sexual behaviors with adults.
McNally was apprehended and charged with 7 counts of possessing child pornography. He could receive five years in prison for each count.
If he is found guilty, he may be also be required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life.
