On Saturday, a helicopter crashed into the ocean off of Miami Beach, Florida. Two people were transported to a medical facility and were listed in stable condition.

Around 1 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the helicopter accident that was close to 10th street.

In a video that was uploaded to Twitter, the helicopter is observed splashing close to the shore where a crowd of people was mingling at the beach.

As the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) was answering to the call, the part of the beach between 9th and 11th street were closed off. They confirmed that the wrecked helicopter was a Robinson R44, and three people were on it at the time. The third individual was not hurt. Their names haven’t been released.

It is unknown what caused the accident or who owned the helicopter. The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will investigate the matter.
