A Michigan man is facing charges after he lied to police about the whereabouts of his missing cousin Zion Foster.
Foster,17 was last seen on January 4 wearing her restaurant work uniform. She has yet to be found.
Jaylin Brazier,23 reportedly picked Foster up for work but never brought her home.
He appeared in a Macomb County Court Wednesday and pleaded no contest which is basically a guilty plea.
He will face sentencing on March 30.
As for Zion Foster authorities believe she may have been a victim of homicidal violence.
Foster’s mother said, “He said that my baby just died, and then that he threw her in a dumpster, like she was trash.”
No one has been charged at this time.
