Police are looking for a man who was caught on camera punching a child.
Cops were alerted to the assault when someone dining in a restaurant called 911 to report what they saw.
Video surveillance shows the suspect enter a restaurant with a young child in Harlem on Saturday night. The man tosses the toddler in the entry way and wrestles with the stroller he is also carrying. The man then slugs the child, knocking the little one off of his feet.
The suspect then takes off with the kid and the stroller in an unknown direction.
By the time police got there, they were gone.
