A 6th grade Lamar CISD teacher went off on her class, and it was recorded on camera.
An investigation is taking place in the occurrence at Wright Jr. High, in Rosenberg, Texas.
In the video, the unnamed teacher is seen in a post uploaded to Facebook. She is observed demeaning her students and expressing her desire to find another career.
“If I have to keep dealing with kids that are complete and utter morons, I’m done. I’m literally done. I don’t even care if I lose my job. I want to be fired at this point,” the teacher can be heard saying.
“I want to carry a gun on my hip and intimidate people. You need to be like a police officer. Then you can hit them when they’re smart ( expletive),” she said.
Thus, many parents have expressed their dismay. “She needs to find a different profession,” one parent commented. “I want her fired. She clearly doesn’t have experience with children,” another parent added.
Lamar CISD has released a statement and noted that the teacher was put on administrative leave. They stated that woman’s comments were “disturbing.”
